Available styles include pet portrait embroidery, full-body embroidery, minimalist line embroidery, and custom name & date embroidery. You can apply the design on collars, leashes, pet clothes, bandanas, keychains, fabric patches and other accessories with flexible matching.
What materials or information do I need to provide for customization?
Simply provide clear front-facing photos of your pet (good lighting, unobstructed face, no excessive filters). You can also tell us your custom text (pet name, birthday, anniversary, blessing words), thread color preference and product type. We provide free pattern design and drafting for every order.
Do I need drawing skills to get a custom pattern?
No drawing skills are required at all! Our professional designers will create original hand-drawn drafts according to your pet’s photos. No fixed templates are used. We restore your pet’s unique looks and details to ensure every piece is an exclusive custom artwork.
Is the embroidery durable? Will it fade or fray easily?
We adopt high-quality professional embroidery threads that are skin-friendly, odorless, wear-resistant, washable, fade-proof and pilling-resistant. Every piece is stitched densely with neat workmanship and reinforced edge locking. It will not fray or crack during daily wear and regular cleaning, completely safe for your pets.
Is the embroidery comfortable for pets? Will it irritate their skin?
Absolutely comfortable. We adopt flat seamless embroidery technology. The backside of the embroidery is finely polished with no hard knots or raised edges. The soft texture will not rub or irritate pet skin, bringing zero burden for daily activities, sleeping and bathing.
How long does customization take? When will my order be shipped?
The standard production cycle, including design and embroidery, is 3–5 working days. Rush orders are supported with priority arrangement. Every product goes through strict quality inspection before shipment. Delivery time varies according to regional logistics conditions.
Can I modify the pattern or text after confirmation?
Free minor adjustments (details of expression, color, text size and position) are available before formal production. Once embroidery starts, large-scale pattern modification is unavailable. Please confirm all details on the draft to ensure perfect results.
Can embroidered products be washed? How should they be maintained?
Gentle hand washing is acceptable. We recommend cleaning with cold water, avoiding long-time soaking, strong scrubbing and direct sunlight. Natural air drying can well maintain the brightness and completeness of the embroidery for long-term use.
What if there are quality defects or production errors?
We check every detail one-on-one during production. If any defect or mistake is caused by our design and production process, we offerfree remaking and reshipping to fully protect your shopping experience.
