How long will it take my order to ship?
Each custom piece takes approximately 2 weeks to create. Once your piece is ready, we'll ship it out right away.
What countries do Tail & Muse ship to?
Tail & Muse ships worldwide. For most of the countries, orders arrive within 18 days after dispatch. Delivery time may vary depending on your location.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can make changes or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.
Once the embroidery process has begun, we’re unable to make any changes or cancellations.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your item ships. If you’d like an update on your order at any time, feel free to reach out to us at contact@tailandmuse.com — we’re always happy to help.
What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
Absolutely comfortable. We adopt flat seamless embroidery technology. The backside of the embroidery is finely polished with no hard knots or raised edges. The soft texture will not rub or irritate pet skin, bringing zero burden for daily activities, sleeping and bathing.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
The standard production cycle including design and embroidery is 3–5 working days. Rush orders are supported with priority arrangement. Every product goes through strict quality inspection before shipment. Delivery time varies according to regional logistics conditions.
Can I receive a digital preview before production?
Free minor adjustments (details of expression, color, text size and position) are available before formal production. Once embroidery starts, large-scale pattern modification is unavailable. Please confirm all details on the draft to ensure perfect results.
What if my uploaded photo is not suitable
Gentle hand washing is acceptable. We recommend cleaning with cold water, avoiding long-time soaking, strong scrubbing and direct sunlight. Natural air drying can well maintain the brightness and completeness of the embroidery for long-term use.
Can I make special request？
We check every detail one-on-one during production. If any defect or mistake is caused by our design and production process, we offerfree remaking and reshipping to fully protect your shopping experience.
