-If machine washing is necessary, use a cold, gentle cycle and place the item in a laundry bag.
-Air dry only. Do not tumble dry.
-Avoid harsh detergents, excessive rubbing, or prolonged soaking.

We ship worldwide. As every TailandMuse piece is made to order, production begins once your order is placed. Custom pieces take approximately 2 weeks to create, followed by around 7-14 days for shipping.

You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has been dispatched. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, customs, and local carrier conditions.

As our pieces are individually made for you, custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged due to change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a clear production error, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos. We’ll review the issue and work with you on an appropriate solution.
